This is an information sharing event intended to help Hawaii’s varied communities be better informed and better prepared against online criminals.
The conference will bring together Hawaii based organizations as well as individual consumers and students to learn from a variety of agencies about how to better prepare against cyber threat actors.
Hawaii Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke will open the conference. Experts from federal and state agencies will provide critical information that Hawaii businesses need to stay safe. Agencies confirmed to attend are:
- U.S. Secret Service
- Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
- Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)
- State of Hawaii, Office of Homeland Security
- U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)
- U.S. Army
Day 1: Presentations from a variety of government agencies aimed at helping businesses and individuals identify and protect themselves from emerging cybersecurity threats. A panel covering the topic of Incident Response will be included.
